Community of Saugus
One of the four communities that merged to form the city of Santa Clarita, Saugus is the largest in geographic size among all the towns in the Los Angeles County. Easily accessible by way of Interstate 5 and California State Highway 14, this community also stretches down Bouquet Canyon Road and into the Antelope Valley by Quartz Hill.

Apart from that, the fame of Saugus is mostly because of its lovely residential areas, a suburban haven that transports its residents away from the noise of metropolitan Los Angeles and into the serenity of the suburbs. Residents also benefit from the perks of living in a world-class theme park, the Six Flags Magic Mountain. The town center of Saugus is adjacent to the shopping mall, which, apart from offering a venue for fun and leisure to its residents, provides economic opportunities to the people in Saugus. Along the town's roads, one can find a wealth of great restaurants and bars, each catering to different tastes and preferences.

The real estate arm of this town is particularly strong, and many prospective home owners favor Saugus for its peaceful but mildly urbanized atmosphere.
